Chef Power Ceramic Nonstick Pots and Pans Set 19 Piece with Detachable Handle Mocca Taupe
Is the Chef Power removable-handle cookware set a practical way to save cabinet space without making everyday cooking harder?
Yes—if crowded cabinets are your main frustration, Chef Power’s 19-piece ceramic set is built around stackable pots and pans with removable handles, and it works on induction, gas, electric and ceramic stoves. I’d choose it for a small apartment or RV where a mismatched pile of long-handled pans is taking over the cupboard. The Mocca Taupe finish and ability to move cookware from stove to table or fridge add everyday convenience, but the handle and ceramic coating both reward careful use. Here’s what I’d weigh before replacing your current set.

Do removable handles really save space?
They do: without long handles sticking out, the pans can nest more neatly, and the set saves 70% of storage space. It includes two detachable handles, four pot protectors, and silicone lids in 6-, 8- and 10-inch sizes. Keep the handles and lids together in a drawer or bin; otherwise, the space you save in the cabinet can turn into a hunt for loose parts. For a tiny kitchen, that trade is usually worth it.
Are detachable handles safe for hot, full pans?
Treat a removable handle as a connection to check, not something to trust blindly: attach it fully before lifting, keep your grip steady, and support a heavy pot with your other hand when you can. I would not swing or pour a pot of hot liquid one-handed just because the handle is attached. Remove the handle only after the cookware is stable, and follow the handle’s intended attachment and release method. That habit also helps keep the handle from scraping the nonstick rim.
Will the ceramic nonstick stay slick?
Ceramic nonstick is convenient for eggs and quick cleanup, but its easy release can fade with rough treatment and high heat. Use low to medium heat for most cooking, avoid metal tools and abrasive scrubbers, and wash by hand when you can—even though this set supports dishwasher cleaning. The set includes a silicone turner, ladle and locking tongs, so you already have a good start on coating-friendly tools. Don’t expect any nonstick pan to stay like new if it is used hard every day.
Does it suit induction and an RV kitchen?
Yes: the set supports induction as well as gas, electric and ceramic stovetops, which makes it flexible if you move or change appliances. On induction, use a burner that suits the pan’s base and bring it up to heat gradually rather than blasting an empty pan; that’s a sensible way to encourage even heating with any cookware. In an RV, nesting helps, but cookware can rattle while traveling, so secure the stack and keep the included protectors between pieces. The oven-safe cookware is rated up to 550°F; silicone lids up to 350°F, and sealing lids from -100°F to 170°F.

How they compare
A 19-piece Mocca Taupe ceramic set for compact kitchens, with detachable handles and a nesting design.
A lighter 21-piece alternative with detachable handles, a storage bucket and extra cooking pieces.
A conventional 14-piece ceramic set for shoppers who care less about removable handles and nesting.
Who it suits
This set is for the apartment dweller, couple, or RV owner who wants everyday cookware that stacks compactly, cleans up easily, and can move to the table or fridge without a long handle in the way. It’s also a useful starter or housewarming set when saving cupboard space matters more than having a traditional, all-in-one pan collection.
What you give up
- You’ll need to keep track of the detachable handles and lids, and take a moment to secure the handle before lifting. That is a little more fuss than cookware with permanent handles.
- Ceramic nonstick needs gentler heat and tools if you want its easy-release quality to last. The set is also heavier than the CAROTE option here, at 13.4 lb versus 10.7 lb.
When another one is the better buy
CAROTE 21pcs Pots and Pans Set Non Stick, Detachable Handle Cookware, Black | Induction Compatible, Dishwasher & Oven Safe, Kitchen Organization, Cooking Set for Camping/RV/Traveling, House Warming Gift: Choose CAROTE if minimizing the set’s weight matters most, or you want a 21-piece set that adds a sauté pan, storage lids, a storage bucket and a five-piece utensil set. It is the more storage-organized alternative, though it is black rather than Mocca Taupe.
STONEDINE® Ceramic Cookware Set, 14 Pieces.: Choose STONEDINE if you want a ceramic cookware set without making removable handles and compact nesting the priority. Its coating is PTFE- and PFOA-free, but it is a heavier 14-piece set and is not presented as a removable-handle space-saving set.
You will also want
The set already includes basic silicone utensils and pot protectors, so I’d skip buying more of those. A couple of practical additions make cleanup easier and give you somewhere safe to set hot cookware.
Kitchen Towels 12 Pack 15x25 Inch 100% Cotton Popcorn Terry, Black | Super Soft, Absorbent, Tea and Bar Towel Set, Linen Dish Towels, Multipurpose Kitchen Use
Keep these absorbent black kitchen towels close for drying dishes and wiping down the cooking area after meals.
Silicone Trivets for Hot Dishes, 4 PCS Multipurpose Heat Resistant Mat Thick Silicone Hot Pads Pot Holders for Kitchen Counter, Flexible Jar Opener Food Grade Spoon Holder, Silicone Coasters (Almond)
These almond silicone trivets give hot pots a heat-resistant landing spot on the counter or table, and their soft neutral color sits naturally beside the Mocca Taupe cookware.
Sponges Kitchen Dish Sponge for Washing Dishes Cleaning Kitchen, All-Purpose, 6 Pack, Non Scratch, Rough Scrubbers Side for Non-Stick Cookware, Soft Microfiber Scrub Side for Dishes, Mr. Scrub
Use the non-scratch side of these sponges for routine cleanup so you are not attacking the ceramic nonstick with an abrasive scrubber.
Questions buyers ask
Are stackable pans with detachable handles actually space-saving?
Yes. They reduce the cabinet footprint of the pans, but remember to allow space for the detached handles and lids too.
Can removable handles fall off or scratch a nonstick pan?
A removable handle needs to be fully secured before you lift the pan, and you should avoid jolting or swinging a heavy, full pot. Attach and release it carefully so it does not scrape the rim; use the included silicone utensils rather than metal tools on the cooking surface.
Is this cookware compatible with induction?
Yes, the set works with induction, gas, electric and ceramic stoves. For more even cooking, match the induction cooking zone to the pan and heat gradually instead of starting with a high setting.
How long does ceramic nonstick cookware last?
There isn’t one reliable lifespan for ceramic nonstick: heat, utensils, cleaning and how often you cook all affect how quickly food starts sticking.
Is this a good cookware set for an RV?
Yes, the stackable design suits limited RV cupboard space. Place the nested cookware where it cannot slide around while the vehicle is moving.
Can the pots and pans go in the oven?
The cookware is oven-safe up to 550°F, while the silicone lids are oven-safe up to 350°F. Keep the sealing lids out of the oven; their temperature range is -100°F to 170°F.
